Every application to the chief investigation commissioner, an investigation commissioner or an investigator shall be validly made by forwarding such application to him at the Ministère du travail et de la main-d’oeuvre.
Saturdays and holidays shall not be counted in computing any delay fixed by this code for doing anything, when such delay does not exceed five days.
