116. (Repealed).

116. Any complaint related to the application of sections 12 and 13 and, in the case of a refusal to employ a person, the application of section 14, shall be filed with the Commission within 30 days of knowledge of the alleged contravention.
The time limit provided for in section 47.3 applies to any complaint filed with the Commission that is related to the application of section 47.2 even where the complaint does not pertain to a dismissal or disciplinary sanction.

If the chief judge is absent or unable to act, he shall be replaced by the associate chief judge; when the associate chief judge is also absent or unable to act, he may be replaced by another member of the Court, appointed by the Government to perform his duties while he is absent or unable to act.

116. If the chief judge is unable to act by reason of absence or illness, he shall be replaced by the associate chief judge; when the associate chief judge is also unable to act by reason of absence or illness, he may be replaced by another member of the Court, appointed by the Government to perform his duties while he is unable to act.
