Disposition versions
111.16. In public services and in the public and parapublic sectors, the Tribunal, of its own initiative or at the request of an interested person, may inquire into a lock-out, a strike or a slowdown that is contrary to law or during which the essential services provided for in a list or agreement are not sufficient or are not rendered.
The Tribunal may also endeavour to bring the parties to an agreement or entrust a person it designates with attempting to bring them to an agreement and reporting on the situation.
111.16. The council may also endeavour to bring the parties to an agreement or entrust a person it designates with attempting to bring them to an agreement and reporting on the situation.
