447. As soon as possible after the coming into force of a by-law of a regional county municipality, the clerk-treasurer of the regional county municipality shall transmit a certified true copy thereof to each local municipality in whose territory the by-law is in force.

447. As soon as possible after the coming into force of a by-law of a regional county municipality, the secretary-treasurer of the regional county municipality shall transmit a certified true copy thereof to each local municipality in whose territory the by-law is in force.

447. The secretary-treasurer of the county corporation must transmit a certified copy of every by-law of such corporation to the office of the corporation of each local municipality within which such by-law is in force.
