407. (Repealed).
M.C. 1916, a. 317; 1965 (1st sess.), c. 80, a. 1; 1987, c. 57, s. 749.
407. At the time of the application for the writ of summons a deposit of $100 must be made with the clerk of the court, as security for costs; during the progress of the case, and upon motion to that effect, the court, in its discretion, may order that the deposit be increased.
