365. If the extract of the Schedule to the valuation roll on which the poll clerk has indicated the electors who voted is lost or spoiled, the presiding officer shall take possession of the poll book contained in the ballot box to draw up the list of the electors who voted in the advance poll.
As soon as that list is drawn up, the presiding officer shall replace the poll book in the ballot box, and lock and seal the ballot box.
Before acting under this article, the presiding officer must notify each candidate of it; the candidate or his agent may attend the operations.
