333. If a person, representing himself to be an elector, tenders his vote after another person has voted as such elector, the applicant, upon taking the oath as set forth in form 6 and otherwise establishing his identity to the satisfaction of the presiding officer, shall be entitled to vote as any other elector.
Mention shall be made in the poll book of the fact of the elector having voted, although it appeared by the poll book that a vote had already been given under the same name, and that, on demand, he has taken the required oath or affirmation mentioned in article 331.
Mention shall also be made in the poll book of any objection made to such vote on behalf of any of the candidates, and of the name of such candidate.
