330. Every elector may vote for as many candidates as there are offices to be filled in the municipality, but, when the seats are numbered in accordance with article 109, the elector can cast only one vote for each contested seat.
In a municipality divided into electoral districts, an elector may vote for a candidate for the office of mayor and a candidate for the office of councillor for the district where he is entitled to vote in accordance with article 277.
Every elector shall vote without undue delay, and shall quit the poll as soon as his vote has been given. He must be sent away without having voted if the unduly delays doing so, and his vote must be refused by the presiding officer.
