303. At least 15 days before the last Sunday or Monday of October, according as the election is held on the first Sunday or the first Monday of November, the presiding officer must give public notice over his signature, setting forth:(a) the place, day and hour fixed for the nomination of candidates;
(b) the day when and the places where the voting or advance polling will be held;
(c) the appointment of the election clerk;
(d) the appointment of deputy presiding officer and clerk, under article 386.The public notice must also set forth the fact that that part of the assessment roll which contains the information necessary for the election of the members of the council has been deposited in the office of the corporation, that every interested person has a right to examine it there and demand that it be altered, the manner and time in which such a demand may be made, the names of the members of the revisory committee contemplated in Chapter VII of this Title and the place, day and time of each meeting of that committee.
