When a Bureau consists of sixteen or more members, an administrative committee of five members shall see to the day to day administration of the order’s affairs and may exercise all the powers delegated to it by the Bureau; however, the Bureau cannot delegate to it the power to make regulations.
In other cases, such a committee may be constituted for the same purposes.
