186. The Office shall fix, by regulation, the standards for the issue and holding of permits to practise radiology. For that purpose, the Office must obtain the assistance of experts including in particular the representatives of the interested professions.

186. The Office shall fix the standards for the issue and holding of permits to practise radiology. For that purpose, the Office must obtain the assistance of experts including in particular the representatives of the interested professions.
These standards must be approved by the Government, upon a recommendation by the Minister, and shall come into force upon their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec or on any later date fixed therein.
