177. Within ten days of the final decision of the tribunal, the clerk of the Provincial Court of the district where the tribunal held its sittings shall cause such decision to be served on the parties and on the secretary of the committee on discipline in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure.
However, when such decision is rendered in the presence of one of the parties, it is deemed to be served on such party in accordance with the first paragraph on being so rendered.
The final decision of the tribunal is executory from its service on the respondent in first instance.
