178. (Repealed).

178. The tribunal may adopt the rules of practice considered necessary for the due carrying out of sections 162 to 177.1 of this Code. The rules of practice must be submitted to the Government, which may approve them with or without amendment.

178. The tribunal may adopt the rules of practice considered necessary for the due carrying out of sections 162 to 177 of this Code. Following their approval by the Government, such rules of practice shall come into force ten days after their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
