Section 94.4 Disposition versions

94.4. Service upon the Attorney General is made at the office of the Director General of the legal department at Montréal or at Québec, by speaking to any person in charge of that office.

The return of service must mention in particular the name of the person with whom the copy of the proceeding was left.

Service upon the Crown is made either at the office of the court administrator at Montréal, or at the seat of the Government at Québec, speaking to the Attorney General or the Deputy Attorney General or any other person in charge of the office of the registrar of the Ministère de la Justice at Québec or of the office of the court administrator at Montréal.

The return of service must mention in particular the name of the person with whom the copy of the proceeding was left.
