The judgment granting the motion orders that it be inscribed upon the two registers, and the depositaries thereof must, on receipt of a copy of the judgment, transcribe it on the margin of the corrected act, or, if the act has been entirely omitted, insert the omitted act on the margin of the register at the place where it should have been. If there is no margin, the inscription must be made on a separate sheet of paper which remains annexed to the register.
No copy of an act which has been rectified can be delivered without the corrections which have been made.
