839. A certificate of the clerk, attesting the deposit in the office of the court of the sum of $500 as security, must be attached to the motion.

839. A certificate of the prothonotary, attesting the deposit in the office of the court of the sum of $500 as security, must be attached to the motion.

839. The writ of summons can only be issued upon the deposit, at the office of the court, of the sum of two hundred dollars as security for costs, attested by a certificate of the prothonotary, which must be attached to the writ.
