690. On payment by the purchaser of the purchase price or of the amount which he is not entitled to retain, the sheriff is bound to give him a certificate of sale containing:(1) An indication of the nature of the writ, the number of the case, the names and the designation of the parties;
(2) A description of the immovable sold;
(3) The date and place of the adjudication;
(4) The conditions of the sale;
(5) The price paid or, if need be, the portion thereof which was paid and the portion retained with mention that if the price is not completely paid in conformity with the provisions of article 730, the immovable may be resold for false bidding.
