655. The clerk of the court must, by registered or certified mail and without cost to the debtor, send a notice of the declaration provided for in article 652 to the creditors mentioned in the list filed by the debtor and to all those reported subsequently.
Such notice must be accompanied by the list of the creditors filed by the debtor, and by a list of the other creditors who have been subsequently reported to the clerk.
Any creditor may file his claim in the record if his claim does not appear on such lists or if the amount which the debtor has declared to owe him is incorrect.
