616. Law costs must be collocated in the following order:(1) The costs of the scheme of collocation;
(2) Duties and fees on amounts paid or levied;
(3) Costs of seizure and sale, including those of the guardian appointed by the seizing officer;
(4) Costs of seals and inventories;
(5) Costs subsequent to judgment, incurred in order to effect the seizure and sale, and according to the priority of date or of privilege when there are several seizing creditors; the costs of the first seizing creditor have a preference over those of the second; nevertheless, if two or more writs of execution issue upon judgments rendered on the same day against the same debtor, the costs thereon are paid concurrently;
(6) Costs of suit of the seizing creditor.
