Section 409
Disposition versions
409. When the order and interrogatories are served upon a legal person, general or limited partnership or an association within the meaning of the Civil Code, the answers may be either given by any person who holds a general or special authorization for that purpose, or determined by a special resolution and filed in the record by a person authorized.
409. When the order and interrogatories are served upon a corporation, a commercial partnership, or a group of persons contemplated in article 60, the answers may be either given by any person who holds a general or special authorization for that purpose, or determined by a special resolution and filed in the record by a person authorized.
