276. Rolls for hearing for each judicial district are prepared under the direction of the chief justice taking into account the date of the inscription of the suit, the declaration of inscription on the roll for hearing, where applicable, and the rules of practice. The rules of practice may provide for the issue of a certificate of readiness attesting that the case is ready for proof and hearing and fix the conditions and procedure for the issue of the certificate.

Any question relating to the preparation of such rolls shall be decided finally and exclusively by the chief justice or the judge appointed to administer justice in the district concerned.

276. Rolls for hearing for each judicial district are prepared under the directions of the chief justice by taking into account the date of the inscription of the suit and, as the case may be, the rules of practice. The rules of practice may require, in particular, the filing of a certificate of readiness attesting that the case is ready for proof and hearing, fix the conditions and modalities relating to the filing of the certificate and indicate the documents which must have been filed previously.

Any question relating to the preparation of such rolls shall be decided finally and exclusively by the chief justice or the judge appointed to administer justice in the district concerned.

Rolls for hearing for each judicial district are prepared under the directions of the chief justice by taking into account the date of the institution of the suit and, as the case may be, the rules of practice, which may provide for the obligation to file a certificate of the state of the proceedings attesting that the case is ready for proof and hearing.

Any question relating to the preparation of such rolls shall be decided finally and exclusively by the chief justice or the judge appointed to administer justice in the district concerned.
