187. Tenders by a judicial declaration are made in the manner set out in the Civil Code.
1965 (1st sess.), c. 80, a. 187; 1992, c. 57, s. 237.
187. Tender may be made by an authentic deed, or in any other manner, but in the latter case it must be legally proved. It must describe the object offered and, if it be money, must contain an enumeration and description thereof.
