331. Writs of seizure emanate from the Superior Court or the Court of Québec, according to the amount involved, and each court has competence to decide any matter relating to the seizure.
Where an order for payment is made by a municipal court, the writ of seizure emanates from that court, and such court has jurisdiction to decide any matter relating to the seizure.
