If the garnishee declares that the debtor works for the garnishee without being paid or for remuneration that is clearly less than the value of the services rendered, the bailiff or a creditor may ask the court to assess the value of the services rendered and determine a fair remuneration. The remuneration determined by the court is deemed to be the debtor’s remuneration from the date of the application until it is shown that the amount should be changed. The application is notified to the debtor and the garnishee at least five days before it is to be presented before the court; the decision of the court cannot be appealed.
