20.No person shall keep a garage except after obtaining from the Régie a licence to that effect, and furnishing to the Régie a certificate of liability insurance, for himself and the persons under his authority, relating to the property damage caused by automobiles entrusted to him by reason of his duties or ordinary activities, and upon paying to the Régie a fee of $25.
The insurance provided for in this section must cover, in the manner provided in the Automobile Insurance Act, liability resulting from their own fault.

The insurance provided for in this section must cover, in the manner provided in the Automobile Insurance Act, liability resulting from their own fault.
