615. (Repealed).

615. The Société shall designate one of its officers to represent it on the committee. The officer shall also act as secretary of the committee at the meetings and he shall call to the meetings, those members whose attendance is required with respect to the agenda proposed by him.
If the secretary is absent or unable to act, the Société shall designate a person to replace him.
