10. Registration is effected by entering in the register kept by the Société for that purpose such information concerning the road vehicle and its owner as is prescribed by regulation.
Registration shall subsist for as long as the road vehicle and its owner remain the same.

10. Registration is effected by the issue of a registration certificate and a registration plate of the class corresponding to the vehicle, issued with validation stickers and, where such is the case, an identification sticker. Registration is valid for the period determined by regulation.
Notwithstanding the first paragraph, registration may be effected by the issue of a certificate alone, in such cases as may be prescribed by regulation.
