312.2. No person may damage a detection system or interfere in any way with the operation of such a system or with the recording by the device of the elements affixed to or visible in one or more of the photographs taken by the system.

No person may damage a photo radar device or a red light camera system, or interfere in any way with the operation of such a device or system or the recording of the information described in the third paragraph of section 332 or the third paragraph of section 359.3 by the camera of such a device or system.
