7. (Repealed).

7. If, after the deposit in the registry office of the official plan and book of reference of any locality, any public road, by-road, street, lane or public place, having no cadastral designation, but shewn on the said plan, becomes wholly or in part private property, there shall be given to such road, by-road, street, lane or public place, or to such part thereof as becomes private property, a number, in the manner provided by article 2174 of the Civil Code for the numbering of the lots omitted in the preparation of the said plan and book of reference.
