19.2. Prior to the deposit in the office of the Minister of a subdivision plan of divided co-ownership, the land contemplated thereby shall be identified by one original lot number only.
However, separate original lot numbers shall be assigned to non-contiguous lands contemplated by the plan or to land comprising lots forming part of a second declaration of co-ownership concomitant with the first declaration.
Identification of the parcelling out of the lots is effected by assigning a separate number by subdivision to each part resulting therefrom.
After the deposit of the subdivision plan of divided co-ownership in the registry office of the registration division, the identification of the parcelling out of a subdivided lot indicated in it shall be effected in accordance with the Minister’s directives.
