11. (Repealed).

11. The hypothecary creditors of the railway company shall act with such company in signing the renewal notice if necessary, and, upon failure so to do, upon application of any party interested, and upon the order of a judge of the Superior Court, they may be thereto compelled and thenceforward shall be responsible for all damages arising therefrom.
