266. (Repealed).

266. Nevertheless, the actual personal expenses of any candidate, his expenses for professional services actually rendered, and bonafide payments for the fair costs of printing and advertising and the other expenses incurred by reason of the election which are not prohibited by law, shall be held to be expenses lawfully incurred, and the payment thereof shall not be an infringement of this division.
