C-18 - Act respecting the cinema
Section 54
Disposition versions
54. The Minister shall recognize, on such conditions as he determines, the most representative association in each of the five following sectors of cinema activity: producing, directing, art practitioners, distributing and exhibiting.
He shall, in writing, request each of the representative associations to submit to him, within a delay of thirty days, the names of three representative candidates from its sector.
