155. Appeal is brought by filing a motion at the office of the Court of Québec at the chief place of the judicial district of the domicile or principal establishment of the appellant served on the parties to the proceedings before the Régie and to the Régie within fifteen days of reception of the decision of the Régie by the appellant.
