9.1. (Repealed).

9.1. The financial assistance shall be granted out of the funds allocated annually by the Government to the private sector of the cinema industry and transmitted to the Société by the Minister, following approval of the financial assistance programs.

9.1. The Société shall manage the funds that the Government allocates to the private sector of the cinema industry in accordance with the assistance plan and programs, and shall allot financial assistance in any form contemplated in section 10.
