73. Not later than 30 June each year, the commission shall submit to the President of the National Assembly a report on its activities for the preceding fiscal year together with its recommendations regarding the promotion and protection of human rights, the promotion and protection of children’s rights and the protection of the interests of children.
The report shall be tabled in the National Assembly if it is in session or, if it is not, within 30 days after the opening of the next session. The report shall be published and distributed by the Québec Official Publisher on the terms and in the manner deemed appropriate by the Commission.
