157. A body is hereby established under the name of “Office québécois de la langue française”.

157. A commission is hereby established, under the name of Commission de protection de la langue française, and is charged with ensuring compliance with this Charter.

157. In this title,
(a)  “Commission de protection” means the Commission de protection de la langue française established by this title;
(b)  “Minister” designates the Minister responsible for the application of this act;
(c)  “Office” means the Office de la langue française;
(d)  “chairman” designates the chairman of the Commission de protection.
