70.2. The city may claim from a non-profit body all or any part of a subsidy used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was made by the city council or a borough council.

70.2. The borough council shall obtain the authorization of the city council before granting a subsidy to a non-profit body that has instituted legal proceedings against the city.
