86. The Commission must adopt, before 31 March 2006, a document determining the policy orientations and main avenues of intervention to guide the city and regional county municipality in land use planning and development in their territory.
The chair shall transmit a copy of the document referred to in the first paragraph, as soon as possible after it is adopted, to the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy, to Ville de Gatineau and to Municipalité régionale de comté des Collines-de-l’Outaouais.
