19. Until such copies are furnished to the registrar of the proper registration division, all documents evidencing the discharge of any hypothec or charge on any immoveable property in such division may be registered in the registry office in which the document creating such hypothec or charge was originally registered.
If such copies have been so furnished to the registrar of the proper registration division, then the documents evidencing such discharge shall be registered in his office.
