B-5.1 - Unclaimed Property Act
Section 34
Disposition versions
34. The Minister may authorize a person to hold any inquiry which the Minister considers necessary into anything relating to the administration of this Act.
The person so authorized is, for the purposes of the inquiry, vested with the powers and immunity of a commissioner appointed under the Act respecting public inquiry commissions (chapter C-37), except the power to order imprisonment.
