21. Despite the confidential nature of personal information under section 53 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1), the Minister may communicate personal information held by the Minister in connection with the administration of property or a patrimony entrusted by law to the Minister’s administration to a person who proves sufficient interest in respect of the property or patrimony.
