94. The members of the Committee on Discipline must conclude a matter referred to them, even if they have ceased to appear on the list contemplated in section 92.
Notwithstanding section 92, in case of death or inability to act of a member of the Committee on Discipline, the other members, provided that they constitute an absolute majority of the members, conclude a matter referred to them, and their decision shall be valid.
The advocates whose names appear on the list provided for in section 92 shall not act as attorneys in disciplinary matter.
