67. A person wishing to be entered on the Roll more than one year after the date on which he was issued a permit must apply therefor by complying with the requirements of section 70.

67. An advocate who commences practice more than one year after the date when he passed the Bar examination must comply with section 70, and shall then be entitled to obtain the certificate contemplated in section 61 free of charge.
