47. (Repealed).

47. The oaths prescribed in the second paragraph of section 43 and the second paragraph of section 50 shall be administered by the Bâtonnier of the Province of Québec, the vice-president, the bâtonnier of a section or the first councillor of a section or the executive director.

47. The oaths prescribed in paragraph f of section 43 shall be administered by the Bâtonnier of the Province of Québec, the vice-president, the Bâtonnier or the first councillor of the section in which the candidate is enrolled, or the executive director.
