22. (Repealed).

22. (1)  The executive committee shall see to the day-to-day administration of the affairs of the Bar and exercise the powers of the General Council, except those which are exercised by by-law.
(2)  The executive committee shall report all its decisions to the General Council at its next meeting; the latter may amend or rescind them, without prejudice to acquired rights.
