54. A person may not be a guarantor for more than one licence, except in the cases authorized by regulation of the Board.

54. Subject to any regulation made by the Board under paragraphs 13 and 14 of section 185, no natural person may apply for more than one licence on behalf of a partnership or a legal person, or apply for such licence while holding a licence.
