166. (Repealed).

166. The proceeding shall be brought by motion of which notice shall be served on the Board or on the municipality.
The motion shall be filed with the clerk of the Court, within 30 days following receipt by the applicant of the initial ruling or, as the case may be, of the ruling under review, of the Board or the municipality.

The motion shall be filed with the clerk of the Court of Québec in the judicial district where the appellant resides, has his head office or his place of business, within 30 days following receipt by the appellant of the initial ruling or, as the case may be, of the ruling under review, of the Commission or the municipality.
