129.1. For the purposes of this Act and the regulations, the Board may obtain from a body that is subject to the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1) any information or document in its possession relating to the carrying out of construction work and to the persons who carry out such work or cause such work to be carried out and the body shall furnish such information or document to the Board in accordance with that Act.

129.1. The Board, for the purposes of this Act and of the regulations, may obtain any information or documents concerning the carrying out of construction work and the persons who carry out construction work or cause such work to be carried out which is in the possession of the Minister of Manpower, Income Security and Vocational Training, the Minister of Labour and the Commission de la construction du Québec and the ministers and the Commission shall furnish such information or documents in accordance with the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1).
