126. An order against the owner of an immovable may be registered at the registry office.
The Régie may register the order at the registry office of the registration division where the immovable is located. The registration fees shall be borne by the owner of the building.
The order shall in that case affect any purchaser whose right is subsequently registered, and he shall be bound to take over the obligations imposed on the former owner according to the order.
